Delete OurDream AI Account 2026: Mobile and Desktop Deletion Steps
All cancellation and deletion steps are accessible from your phone or any device. Whether you subscribed via mobile browser, Google Play, or App Store, the correct cancellation path depends on where you subscribed — not where you're cancelling from.

Step 1 — Cancel Your Subscription
Cancel via the same channel you subscribed through:
Web subscription (mobile or desktop):
- Open ourdream.ai in your mobile browser
- Tap profile avatar → Profile Settings → Subscription
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" → Confirm
- Access continues to period end
Google Play subscription (Android):
Open Play Store → Profile icon → Subscriptions → OurDream AI → Cancel Subscription
App Store subscription (iPhone):
Settings → Your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cancel OurDream AI
Email cancellation:
Send request to [email protected] — works from any device
Step 2 — Delete Your Account
After cancellation is confirmed:
- Open ourdream.ai in mobile browser
- Profile avatar → Profile Settings → Danger Zone
- Tap "Delete Account" → Confirm
- Account permanently deleted from all devices
Before deleting: Spend remaining DreamCoins — they're lost on deletion. DreamCoins are accessible from any device until deletion.
